Mark Coleman, Co-founder, President & CEO

Mark is an 18-year veteran of corporate management, including stints at MediaNews Group, Honeywell Corporation, a Fortune 100 company, and Chrome Systems, a provider of automotive data and software tools to credit unions and auto dealers nationwide. While at Honeywell, Mark managed a team of 120 employees, five direct reports and had full P&L accountability for more than $12 million in client contracts. It was at Chrome Systems where Mark was working as a Product Manager that he met his co-founder, Michael Taylor. Mark holds a B.A. from DePaul University, has done graduate work in marketing research, and has published articles on knowledge management in professional trade journals. Mark is a member of the Oregon Entrepreneur’s Forum.

Michael Taylor, Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer

Michael has more than ten years of experience as a software development manager, director of engineering and as a successful entrepreneur. While a technology consultant to DAT Services in 1999, Michael architected and led the implementation of a web-based transportation tracking application that created a paradigm shift in the trucking industry. The project was highlighted in the Chicago Tribune, The Oregonian and in the transportation trade journal Fleet Owner. Michael topped his own DAT accomplishment by designing a state-of-the-art pay-per-view system for LoadWire that, once again, changed the way the industry behaved. Michael met his co-founder, Mark Coleman, while employed as a senior project leader at Chrome Systems, provider of automotive data and software to credit unions and auto dealers nationwide.
